Google Gives you Another Reason That you Just Can’t Hate Them

Thanks to Sid for posting about a possible announcement coming from Google this week. As with all their other acquisitions, they’re bringing more tools to web 2.0 users at a cost that we are willing to pay (free). The last one I fell in love with was Google Analytics. I check it everyday, sometimes more then once a day. Granted, I have over 10 sites I track on it. The dashboard ability has made it a breeze to use.

The PRO plan that Feedburner offers at $4.99 month, is how they make a lot of their money (or at least I assume, since it’s the only thing they charge for). It gives you access to ‘TotalStats’ and ‘MyBrand’ which gives you an in-depth look at your subscribers. We all know that knowing your audience is the key to good communication …
Supposedly, if you’re an existing FeedBurner customer, you will be able to activate the premium services by clicking on the “FeedBurner Stats PRO” under Services. Kristen Nicole of Mashable notes previous PRO plan members will be no longer be charged as of June 2007.

I will keep my ears open this week.
